Lunch is served from 11:30-2:30 Monday through Saturday and dinner is served from 5-7:30 Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, enjoy our brunch from 10-2 featuring dishes made with local eggs, Anson Mills cheese grits, waffles, oven fried potatoes, seasonal fruit salad, scrambled tofu, tempeh bacon, a selection of organic coffee and more.
On Sundays you can come by and get some soup and any number of salads and relax on our deck with a newspaper and a cup of organic coffee.
Every day we offer a vegetarian and\or a macrobiotic entrée, most of which are also vegan, and we also offer a low-carb entrée in addition to soups and cold salads.

There are always plenty of vegan & macrobiotic desserts to choose from in our deli case. We also make sugar-free desserts (such as cheesecake!) to satisfy your cravings. All of our desserts are available for special order with 2 days notice.
Every morning our bakers produce delicious biscuits and we always have a vegan biscuit option as well. We are always happy to accommodate special dietary needs when we can.
