Overnight Oats
Ingredients: Rolled oats, oat milk, chia seeds, Rosewood’s home-made almond butter, your choice of nuts, honey, coconut flakes and your choice of berries.
Directions: Overnight oats are best started the night before. Mix 1/2 a cup of oat milk (dairy or dairy alternative) with 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Add 3/4 tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix these all together and let sit in the fridge overnight. We recommend making this in a mason jar or container so it is travel ready. In the morning add your favorite toppings. For this recipe we added 1 tablespoon of Rosewood’s home-made almond butter, slivered almonds, local honey and blueberries.
Greek Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients: Greek yogurt, berries, nuts, honey, chia seeds, coconut flakes and granola
Directions: Scoop your preferred amount of greek yogurt into a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients. In this recipe we used: blueberries, slivered almonds, granola, coconut flakes local honey and chia seeds.
Matcha Banana Oat Smoothie or Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients: Oat milk, frozen banana, matcha tea, aloe & collagen blender bomb and granola (if you’ll be enjoying in a bowl instead of as a smoothie).
Directions for Smoothie/Bowl: Mix 1 cup of oat milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon of matcha tea and an aloe & collagen blender bomb until blended. If enjoying as a bowl, pour blended smoothie into a container of your choice and sprinkle with your favorite toppings (fruits, granola, chia seeds etc.)
