Updated: Sep 19

Whether you're ready for a nutritious lunch, a quick good-for-you snack, or prepping for a delicious dinner, we've got you covered with local flavors. Here are five reasons to stop by Rosewood Market's Deli for your next meal.

Customize your lunch bowl

A fulfilling meal made with fresh, made from scratch ingredients and never cooked with seed oils. Our menu changes seasonally, but you always make your pick of protein (vegan options available), three market sides, and a house made sauce.

Open 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Don't have time to stop by? Order lunch delivery on DoorDash.

Pick up an $8 rotisserie chicken on Mondays and Thursdays

Stop by the heated case or call ahead and reserve one. Every Monday and Thursday we have fresh rotisserie chicken in your choice of Lemon Pepper, Salt and Pepper, or Naked.

Treat yourself to an Acai Sorbet

A sweet treat that you can feel good about. Get our organic, vegan Acai Sorbet topped with granola, fresh seasonal fruit, coconut chips, and mint.

From wraps and sandwiches to salads and our popular Dolmas, we've got all kinds of options (vegan included) for you to pick up to fuel your busy day.

Heads up: We're expanding. Fill out our survey to let us know what you want to see in the cold case.

Feast on fried fish on Fridays

End the week with a special treat. Every Friday we serve a crispy local flounder fillet with a cajun remoulade so you can close out the week on a tasty note.

Available on Fridays only: The deli is open from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., but our fish tends to sell out fast — so get here early
