New season, new menu items. As the crisp autumn air rolls in and the days grow shorter, Rosewood Market is celebrating the change of seasons with a fresh lineup of seasonal sides on our deli menu — adding to our list of reasons to stop by the deli for lunch.
New sides include:
Eggplant "Lasagna"
Packed with layers of tender eggplant, rich romesco sauce, and melty vegan mozz and balsamic glaze, this vegan favorite delivers all the satisfaction of traditional lasagna with a lighter, seasonal twist.
Roasted Beets
A beautiful balance of earthy and sweet, our roasted beets are tossed in hazelnuts, onion, and herbs de provence to give you a vibrant addition to your plate while providing a hearty source of nutrients.
Collards & Mountain Apples
A Southern staple meets a mountain twist. Our collards & mountain apples side is stewed in a pot likker with carmelized apples and apple cider vinegar to give you the savory richness of sautéed collard greens with the tart sweetness of NC mountain apples.
Spaghetti Squash
Caramelized to a delicate texture and topped with herbs, pine nuts, Paul's local arugula, and chèvre, our Spaghetti Squash serves as a lighter, low-carb option.
At Rosewood Market, we’re proud to source fresh, local ingredients that reflect the vibrant food culture of our community. Be sure to stop by and try these new fall/winter favorites while they last, and embrace the flavors of the season with us.

These new fall-winter sides at Rosewood Market are just the thing after a day on the slopes: eggplant lasagna with romesco sauce and collards with mountain apples are so warming and energizing that they lift your spirits. Last season, after another fall, my knee started acting up again, and instead of just lying down with ice, I turned to regenerative medicine — https://ways2well.com/blog/regenerative-medicine-in-skiing-stem-cell-therapy-for-treatment. Stem cell injections really accelerated the healing of cartilage and ligaments, and the inflammation subsided in a matter of weeks. Now I can ride again without pain, and after the track, I can enjoy seasonal delicacies like these, because my body is ready for normal life and delicious food
